Made-to-Order Furniture
Furniture produced after order confirmation may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has started. This especially applies to customized products, selected fabrics, special finishes, modified dimensions and project-specific configurations.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Eligibility for cancellation and any applicable deduction will depend on the production stage, materials already ordered and work already completed.
Customized Products
Products manufactured according to customer-approved specifications cannot normally be returned because of a change of preference after production has begun.

Incorrect or Damaged Products
If a product arrives with confirmed transportation damage, a manufacturing issue or a material difference from the approved order, the customer should contact VIRELLAART promptly.
Photographs, videos and relevant delivery documents may be requested so that the issue can be reviewed accurately.
After reviewing the information, VIRELLAART may offer an appropriate solution such as technical assistance, replacement of an affected part, repair coordination or another mutually agreed resolution.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved in writing, the method and processing period will be communicated to the customer.
Bank charges, payment-provider deductions, completed production expenses and transportation costs may be deducted when applicable.
